Financial Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will prepare financial models for internal and external parties, manage day-to-day financial operations, produce monthly financial reports and reconciliations, and support year-end financial requests. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial models and projections for internal and external parties
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, transferring funds, and reconciling accounts
- Work closely with external firms on tax and compliance topics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
- Continuously improve financial processes and controls to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations for improvement
What we’re looking for 🔍
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and accounting software
- Experience with tax compliance and working with external firms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
