Key Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Support

• Write captions, blog snippets, and ad copy in Jia’s voice.
• Repurpose video transcripts and event material into engaging posts.
• Support campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and email/SMS.

Design & Visuals

• Create bold, scroll-stopping visuals and carousels in Canva.
• Keep Jia’s asset library organized (photos, reels, thumbnails).
  
  

Video Production

• Coordinate shoots with SMEs, videographers, and partners.
• Review scripts, shot lists, and edits.
• Jump in with on-the-ground support during events and shoots.
  
  

Publishing & Engagement

• Schedule and upload content using Meta Suite or manual posting.
• Monitor comments, surface community feedback, and help Jia stay responsive.
• Track performance and share insights on what’s working.

Who You Are

‍

The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented storyteller who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to craft content that inspires and empowers SMEs.

‍

• A 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, or related field.
• A strong writer—clear, warm, persuasive.
• Comfortable in Canva and Google Workspace.
• Hungry to learn how campaigns go from brainstorm to social feed.
• Bonus: you’ve dabbled in content shoots, social media management, or school org marketing.
