• Create engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to inform and educate our community members.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive community by moderating community discussions and responding to inquiries and feedback from members.
• Collaborate with the product team to gather feedback from the community and inform product development decisions.
• Plan and execute community events, such as AMAs and webinars, to educate and engage our community members.
• Manage and track community metrics, such as engagement, retention, and referral rates, to continuously improve the effectiveness of our community initiatives.

• Passionate about using blockchain technology to expand financial access and ownership for small business owners and microentrepreneurs.
• Experience managing online communities, such as Discord and Telegram.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content that informs and educates our community members.
• Excited about working with small business owners and microentrepreneurs from around the world and learning about the nuances of their industries.
• Familiarity with community management tools and platforms, such as Discord and social media management tools.
• A team player who is excited about collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering.
